Just had a complete roof replacement, some gutter work etc., done by Don and his crew with Northwest Roofing. He was on site the entire time, making sure everything was done correctly. He explained what a class 4 roof could do to help my insurance premium and to call and see what the difference would be. I am saving about $900 a year on my insurance premium just for spending a little more money now. My roof is beautiful. They did a fantastic job on clean up too. When done, Don was able to give me all the paperwork I needed to submit to get back my depreciation. I was extremely impressed with the entire process.
